- Highlights: High number of infection are still caused by foodborne microorganisms. Increasing number of vulnerable people needs safer food. emergence and spread of antibiotic resistant bacteria should be controlled. New methods for effective food preservation are needed. Magnitudes and sources of risks and ways to effectively control these are needed.
