<abstract abstract-type="toc"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <graphic position="anchor" id="ga" xlink:href="ark:/27927/pgj2df3pwq8" xlink:type="simple" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" />We demonstrate that caffeine could improve HED-induced hepatic steatosis by promoting lipid metabolism <italic>via</italic> the cAMP/CREB/SIRT3/AMPK/ACC pathway. SIRT3 acts as a molecular bridge connecting caffeine and lipid metabolism.</p> </abstract>
