- Abstract: An efficient and original synthesis of various aminophosphonate-containing isoxazoline derivatives is reported. A library of variously substituted compounds was readily synthesized via a 1, 3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction of β-ethoxycarbonyl N -methylphosphonated allylic amines used as dipolarophiles with chloroximes under mild conditions.
