- Abstract : Mol. Nutr. Food Res . 2022, 66, 202200043 DOI: 10.1002/mnfr.202200071 Time to Think of Time – Circadian desynchrony associated with evening food consumption can increase cardiometabolic disease risk. These risks may be mitigated through (1) prioritising consumption of certain nutrients at specific times during the day, (2) incorporation of certain dietary components as 'chronobiotics', with the ability to directly modulate circadian rhythms. This is reported by Sumanto Haldar and co‐workers in article number 2200043 .
