Food Res . 2022, 66, 202100884 DOI: 10.1002/mnfr.202100884 Clostridium Butyricum (CB), through its metabolite butyrate, inhibits fat deposition via suppressing white fat adipogenesis, which is associated with an increased number of adipose tissue‐resident regulatory T cells. Mice received CB or butyrate are protected against diet‐induced obesity and metabolic disorders. This is reported by Haifang Li, Yanxin Jia, Dan Weng, Zijing Ju, Yunfei Zhao, Shuang Liu, Yan Liu, Mengze Song, Lulu Cui, Shuhong Sun, and Hai Lin in article number 2100884 .
