- Abstract : Naturstoffsynthese F.‐S. Han et al. schildern in ihrer Zuschrift auf S. 3862 asymmetrische Totalsynthese und Bestimmung der absoluten Konfiguration von (+)‐Tronocarpin. Der [6.5.7.6.6] pentacyclische Kern wurde unter Verwendung einer sequentiellen Cyclisierungsstrategie mittels einer neu entwickelten katalytischen asymmetrischen Michael/Aldol‐Kaskade und eines Tandem‐Reduktions‐/Hemiamidierungsverfahrens aufgebaut.
