Abstract : Mol. Nutr. Food Res. 2019, 63, 1800811 DOI:10.1002/mnfr.201800811 Increasing evidence demonstrates that circulating microRNA are major regulators of health. In article number1800811 by David Cameron‐Smith and co‐workers, high‐throughput sequencing is used to examine the circulatory miRNA response to a high‐protein diet. Results point to the regulation of circulatory miRNA that control aspects of immune function, demonstrating a previously undescribed link between protein intake and health.
