Abstract

Highlights: Sampling is based on snow-ball method which is a type of none-probability sampling. Just volunteers have participated in this research. We are not allowed to generalize data produced by this method of sampling. Farm and flock prevalence aren't related to the Salmonella detection in the eggs. The rate of Salmonella detection in egg contents is different from the stated one.
