- Highlights: Management of Aggression Training provides the knowledge and skills for student nurses to manage aggressive incidents. Management of Aggression Training helped nursing students develop confidence in managing aggressive incidents. Management of Aggression Training provided verbal de-escalation techniques which may have prevented physical aggression.
