Abstract

<abstract abstract-type="main" xml:lang="en"> <title>Abstract</title> <p>An efficient semi‐synthetic method was developed to construct docetaxel <bold>1</bold> by using <italic>N</italic>, <italic>N</italic>‐di‐Boc protected linear isoserine derivative <bold>5</bold> as the side chain source, in which, bulky protecting group on the nitrogen atom blocked C‐2′ position and prohibited unavoidable racemization in previous studies.</p> </abstract>
