Abstract

Abstract : The author is a leading figure in the Foreign Affairs Police Sector and served as Director of Cabinet Intelligence (DCI) supporting the Prime Minister and as Secretary-General of the National Security Secretariat (NSS), the principal axis of diplomacy in the Prime Minister's Office. This is a cautionary report by the author, who was an early proponent of economic security and established the Economy Section in the NSS.
