Abstract

Abstract: We report a case of a 49‐year‐old woman planned mitral valve replacement surgery where computerized tomography angiography incidentally detected a rare configuration of a single coronary artery resulting from a combination of anomalous origin of anterior interventricular artery from right coronary artery and absent left circumflex artery.
