Abstract

Graphical abstract: Abstract: Two new octadeca-peptibols, trichorzin PA X and XI (1 and 2 ), were isolated from the fungus Trichoderma harzianum IFM 66736, which was obtained from the soil collected from the Aobanomori Park in Chiba City, Japan. The structures of the compounds were elucidated using spectral studies, X-ray crystallographic analysis, and MS/MS analysis. Compounds 1 and 2 showed cytotoxicity against human colon cancer cell lines HCT116.
