Abstract

Abstract : In this study, we constructed and optimized a semi-automatic instrument to perform aptamer SELEX targeting multiple proteins simultaneously. Abstract : In this study, we constructed and optimized a semi-automatic instrument to perform aptamer SELEX targeting multiple proteins simultaneously. Our work provides a simple SELEX platform characterized by real-time feedback, which is time efficient and can reduce human intervention. A number of aptamers were rapidly screened by this method. Moreover, the binding affinities of these aptamers were verified by various methods, including SPR and flow cytometry, which supports the applicability and reliability of our newly established aptamer SELEX system.
