SOT recipients vs. no SOT patients have more undetectable IFN-γ and RNAemia rates. Undetectable IFN-α rates are similar in SOT recipients and in no SOT patients. In the no SOT patients, RNAemia and mortality decreased after 10 days of disease. RNAemia is associated with unfavorable outcome in SOT recipients. RNAemia and undetectable IFN-γ are associated with mortality in no SOT patients.
