Abstract: Co‐registered transvaginal photoacoustic and ultrasound images of a malignant ovary (low right image) and a benign ovary (top image). The malignant ovary has a higher level relative total hemoglobin with a localized distribution and a lower blood oxygen saturation (%sO2 ) than those of the benign ovary.
