- Abstract: We present the unique case of atretic aortic valve associated with hypoplastic ascending aorta and double aortic arch of unusual configuration supplying retrograde blood flow to the coronary arteries. Abstract : In aortic valve atresia, myocardial perfusion is dependent on retrograde blood supply.
