- Abstract : We synthesized an immobilized catalyst [PCoW11 O39 ] 5- /Tris-LDH (Co-POM/T-LDH ). This is the first time that a POM-based immobilized catalyst, devoid of any noble metal, as an efficient and durable electrocatalyst for water oxidation at neutral pH. Abstract : A polyoxometalate (POM)-based immobilized catalyst [PCoW11 O39 ] 5− /Tris-LDH, devoid of any noble metal, was developed as an efficient and durable electrocatalyst for water oxidation at neutral pH. Multiple lines of experimental evidence confirmed that loading of [PCoW11 O39 ] 5− onto the Tris-LDH can promote the charge-transfer process, leading to a reformative electrocatalytic performance of [PCoW11 O39 ] 5− .
