Abstract : Biomarking Sensing In article number 2200062, Kaiyong Cai, Jixi Zhang, and co‐workers summarize the recent advances in nucleic acids‐based engineering of biosensing interfaces, highlighting structural nucleic acids in delicately programmed assemblies, functional nucleic acids in molecular recognition and sensor reactions at well‐controlled distances, and demonstrate the unprecedented advantages of this strategy for early diagnosis of diseases.
