Abstract

Abstract : We report a manufacturing‐friendly fabrication process of high‐resolution monolithic micro‐LED full‐color micro‐displays. Starting with a 400 × 240 blue micro‐LED array monolithically fabricated using GaN‐on‐Si epilayers, the display area was exposed and bonded with a color conversion layer to realize full‐color micro‐display with a pixel density of 423 ppi.
