Abstract

Abstract : Dan Tawfik, a leading protein biochemist known for his work on enzyme evolution, recently passed away in a tragic climbing accident. In addition to his many other activities, Dan served on the Editorial Board of The FEBS Journal for many years. This issue contains an obituary for Dan written by Amir Aharoni and Sarel Fleishman.
