Abstract

Abstract : InP‐based quantum dot (QD) has been emerged as an environment‐friendly emitter for wide color gamut (WCG) display. In this work, we optimized the composition and structure of multishell on the InP core. As a result, photoluminescence quantum yield (PL QY, 95%) and the full width at halfmaximum (FWHM, 36 nm), with perfectly matched wavelength (528 nm) for the green color in WCG displays.
