Abstract

Abstract: A copper-catalyzed three-component radical cyclization of N -centered 1, 6-enynes with sodium sulfinates and TBAX was developed. The tandem radical addition/6- endo - dig cyclization/halogenation reaction was triggered by the generation of sulfonyl radical group in one-pot reaction under mild reaction conditions. A series of functionalized tetrahydropyridines containing both sulfone groups and halogen atom were obtained with good functional group compatibility. Graphical abstract: Image 1
