- Abstract : Binary ligands of carboxylic acids and alkylamines induce the morphological evolution of MAPbBr3 nanocubes to 1D nanowires and 2D nanosheets during the aging process. Abstract : Diverse shapes ( i.e. nanocube, nanowire, and nanosheet) of CH3 NH3 PbBr3 nanocrystals could be achieved by controlling thermodynamic (surface ligands) and kinetic (aging time, feed rate, and concentration) parameters for optimized design of optoelectronic properties and device development.
