Abstract

Abstract : Abstract: Brown's tumor is a benign bone lesion that occurs in the setting of hyperparathyroidism and can affect the facial skeleton. It often presents as a single lesion and is usually less than 3 centimeters. To our knowledge, no cases have been reported to have bilateral involvement of the maxilla and mandible with the largest dimension measuring over 7 centimeters. This report describes such a case and provides a review of the literature.
