- Abstract : An immunocompetent woman presented with headaches. She previouslyworked at a farm in upstate New York. Brain MRI noted pituitary enlargement and neurosurgerypursued trans-sphenoidal pituitary biopsy. Histopathology revealed ill-defined granulomaswith clusters of yeast, consistent with Histoplasma.
