Abstract

Abstract : People living with HIV (PLWH) have a higher prevalence of psychiatric disorders than the general population. We retrospectively examined the medical records of PLWH who underwent the Kessler Psychological Distress Scale‐10, the Patient Health Questionnaire‐9, and the Generalized Anxiety Disorder‐7 at an HIV referral hospital during the COVID‐19 pandemic. Some PLWH who were unemployed with a history of psychiatric visits may remain in poor mental health during the prolonged COVID‐19 pandemic until the Omicron variant occurs, so they may need to pay attention to their mental health.
