Abstract

Abstract : Metallomesogens In article number 2106559, Kwang‐Un Jeong and co‐workers present a luminescence switching material using cyclometalated Pt(II)‐based metallomesogen. The metallomesogen changes solid‐state emission in response to thermal stimulation and the uniaxially aligned metallomesogen presents linearly polarized photoluminescence. Metallomesogen‐based luminescence switching materials show potential as anti‐counterfeiting optical security materials, which can encode multiplexed secret codes in response to thermal stimulation and light polarization.
