- Abstract : Despite concern that a higher risk of side effects might alter the net risk/benefit ratio for neurohormonal therapy, which includes beta‐blockers and ACEi/ARB/ARNI in older HFrEF patients, the benefits of neurohormonal therapy do not decrease with increasing age.
