- Abstract : The cover image designed by Jérôme Vachon shows on the left side the generation of kraft lignin from Eucalyptus wood and on the right side, the use of post‐consumer recycled plastic to generate a PE resin. When blended together in the presence of a compatibilizer, the co‐extruded resin can provide an agriculture mulching film with additional features. The presence of a compatibilizer enhances the antioxidant, antibacterial, and photo‐permeability properties of the material conferred by the lignin. DOI: 10.1002/app.53695
