Abstract

Abstract : From the old, comes the new . The venerable m ‐CPBA reagent is shown as a large tree that has had a long history of bearing beautiful flowers. In this depiction, Ca(PA)2 streams up the tree from the earth to interact with the m ‐CPBA and substrates to yield new flowers that represent the new chiral hydroxylated products.
