- Abstract: As an unavoidable phenomenon, erosion is one of the important factors that seriously shorten the working life of fluid machinery. Therefore, this paper draws on the idea of combined bionics to mitigate erosive damage on curved surfaces in fluid machinery. By combining the bionic arrangement with the bionic morphology, a combined bionic erosive wear resistance model for curved surface samples has been constructed in this paper. Through both erosion tests and numerical simulations, we reveal the superiority of the combined bionic model in suppressing erosive damage. This study has provided a new strategy for the applied research of bionic erosive wear resistance and a new research idea for solving the problem of erosion of mechanical equipment with curved surfaces.
