- Abstract : Intrascrotal lipomas are rarely seen. Scrotal lipomas originate from the spermatic cord. We present a 64-year-old male patient, in the light of the literature, with painless swelling on the left half of the scrotum, histopathologically diagnosed with scrotal lipoma.
