Abstract

Abstract : The Cover Feature shows the conversion of ferulic acid into vanilin or vanillic acid. Ferulic acid is abundant in wheat bran and for the conversion air or oxygen and sunlight photons are needed, which react at the surface of solid photocatalysts such as nanostructured titania or SiliaSun.
