Abstract

Abstract : Objectives: The damage control surgery was gradually paid more attention and advocated in the field of treatment of trauma in resent years. Owning to the limitations of the medical conditions in our army field, the surgical treatment efficiency was still lower in the trauma treatment process. Methods: The situation of surgery damage control surgery, combined the treatment rage of the surgical treatment shelter were introduced and more than 20 kinds of treatment operations were succeed to carried out. Results: The damage control surgery carried out in the comprehensive surgical treatment shelter is scientific and reasonable. Conclusions: The comprehensive surgery treatment system created by our center is efficient for our troops in a line to carry out the successful damage control surgery, which greatly improve our army trauma treatment rate.
