Abstract

Abstract : Objectives: Comprehensive surgical treatment field shelter are developed by our centre used in field support and disaster emergency rescue. Intervention, minimally invasive and conventional surgery as the main means of this system, to belly department, limbs and skull important viscera urgent heavy damage and disease can be effectively damage control treatment. But in the shelter within the intervention in the process of diagnosis and treatment, the radiation dose safety is also an important problem. We determine the dose level in different conditions, in order to provide scientific and reasonable measures and methods of protection to reduce radiation doses for subjects. Methods: Measure DAP and ESD values with an Alderson phantom for the two types of different impulse frequency (4 fps/s, 8 fps/s, 12 fps/s) and different perspective voltage (80 kv, 90 kv, 100 kv) separated into fluoroscopy and digital acquisition. Results: The group of different impulse frequency (4 fps/s, 8 fps/s, 12 fps/s): the fluoroscopy dose values of DAP in this serial measured respectively for5.86 ± 0.01 μGym 2 /s, 11.66 ± 0.17 μGym 2 /s, 13.97 ± 0.05 μGym 2 /s, and ESD was 8500.27 ± 23.86 μGy/s, 16849.30 ± 71.44 μGy/s, 24630.75 ± 135.20 μGy/s; the digital acquisition dose values of DAP was19.63 ± 0.02 μGym 2 (10frame), 38.98 ± 0.06 μGym 2 (10 frame), 44.81 ± 0.06 μGym 2 (10 frame), and ESD was 28753.70 ± 605.13 μGy (10 frame), 57451.23 ± 637.47 μGy (10 frame), 81950.62 ± 523.37 μGy (10 frame). The group of different perspective voltage (80 kv, 90 kv, 100 kv): the fluoroscopy dose values of DAP in this serial measured respectively for 13.97 ± 0.05 μGym 2 /s, 11.66 ± 0.17 μGym 2 /s, 13.97 ± 0.05 μGym 2 /s, and ESD was 24630.75 ± 135.24 μGy/s, 38847.94 ± 27.63 μGy/s, 24630.75 ± 135.20 μGy/s ; the digital acquisition dose values of DAP was 44.81 ± 0.06 uGym 2 (10 frame), 57.09 ± 0.14 μGym 2 (10 frame), 76.48 ± 0.21 μGym 2 (10 frame), and ESD was 81950.62 ± 523.37 μGy (10 frame), 117842.01 ± 636.46 μGy (10 frame), 160025.91 ± 852.31 μGy (10 frame). There were statistical difference of dose DAP and ESD in different groups (p<0.01). Conclusions: the higher the impulse frequency and perspective voltage, the higher the radiation dose. So in order to ensure the quality of image premise, As low as possible to reduce impulse frequency and perspective voltage, and take effective protective measures to reduce the subjects' radiation dose.
