- Translation abstract: Slip‐resistant bolted connections are used wherever fatigue loads act on bolted connections and must be transmitted frictionally for fatigue strength reasons. The design and calculation of these connections can be realized by existing standards and guidelines. However, there are still questions to be answered considering the design of connections with slotted holes and oversized round holes. In certain cases these are necessary in order to counter manufacturing tolerances in cost‐effective manner. As part of the public research project (no: 18608BR) funded by the AiF (German Federation of Industrial Research Associations), the influence of larger nominal hole clearances on the slip‐load resistance of preloaded bolted connections was investigated [1]. For this purpose, the different standards and guidelines were compared. Subsequently, experimental investigations on the influence of the hole geometry on the slip resistance of the bolted connections have been carried out. In conclusion, recommendations for the design and calculation engineers were derived from the experimental results. Abstract: Gleitfest vorgespannte Schraubenverbindungen kommen überall dort zum Einsatz, wo zyklische Beanspruchungen auf Schraubenverbindungen wirken und aus Ermüdungsfestigkeitsgründen reibschlüssig übertragen werden müssen. Die Bemessung sowie die Nachweisführung dieser Verbindungen sind weitestgehend durch bestehende Normen und Regelwerke zu realisieren. Allerdings bestehen für Langlöcher sowie übergroße Rundlöcher nach wie vor offene Fragestellungen in der Nachweisführung. Diese werden notwendig um Fertigungstoleranzen kostengünstig auszugleichen. Im Rahmen eines öffentlich geförderten Forschungsprojektes (AiF‐Nr.: 18608BR) wurde u. a. der Fragestellung größerer Nennlochspiele und deren Einfluss auf die Tragwirkung hochfest vorgespannter Schraubverbindungen nachgegangen [1]. Dazu wurden die verschiedenen Regelwerke vergleichend gegenübergestellt. Anschließend wurden experimentelle Untersuchungen zum Einfluss der Lochgeometrie auf den Gleitwiderstand durchgeführt. Aus den Erkenntnissen wurden schlussendlich Empfehlungen für den Konstruktions‐ und Berechnungsingenieur abgeleitet. … (more)
