Abstract

Abstract : Thanks to the concept of synchrotron radiation ECD imaging (SR‐ECD i ) applied to the active pharmaceutical ingredient Finasteride, we obtained an exclusive insight into the critical role played by the anisotropy of local domains in solid‐state ECD spectra. Our findings open a new way to interpret solid‐state chiroptical measurements and will broaden their application to probing and mapping solid chiral materials.
