Abstract

Abstract: Nach wie vor wird der Großteil der Bauprojekte mittels längst überholter Werkzeuge geplant und gesteuert. Projektspezifische Informationen werden aus einfachen 2D‐Planzeichnungen entnommen. Die spätere terminliche Steuerung der Bauausführung wird immer noch mit Balkenterminplänen durchgeführt. Der große Nachteil ist, dass diese meist statische Form der Informationsweitergabe mit einem hohen Fehlerpotenzial einhergeht, denn viele Bauprojekte sind gekennzeichnet durch sich stetig ändernde Rahmenbedingungen, die eine dynamische Reaktion zu jeder Projektphase erfordern. Die digitale BIM‐basierte Arbeitsmethode (Building Information Modeling) ist in diesem Zusammenhang ein zentrales Werkzeug, um bereits in frühen Projektphasen eine verlässlichere Planung sicherzustellen und Informationsbrüche zu minimieren. In den letzten Jahren konnte sich zudem die Methode des Lean Construction Management einschließlich verschiedener Werkzeuge, wie bspw. die Taktplanung und Taktsteuerung zur Optimierung der Terminplanung und Steuerung, in der deutschen Baubranche etablieren. Trotz vielfacher Vorteile werden beide Ansätze gegenwärtig noch nicht in einer ganzheitlichen Weise miteinander kombiniert. Nachfolgend wird daher ein Konzept entwickelt, mit dessen Hilfe eine voll automatisierte Ableitung detaillierter Taktpläne auf Basis eines Bauwerksinformationsmodells ermöglicht wird. Zu Beginn werden die Randbedingungen an einen Lean‐basierten Taktplan evaluiert. Anschließend sollen einem Bauwerksinformationsmodell sowohl die geometrischen als auch die prozessrelevanten Informationen automatisiert entnommen werden, um so einen projektspezifischen Taktplan zu generieren. Dadurch soll der gegenwärtig noch analoge Prozess der Taktplanerstellung automatisiert und in eine modellbasierte Arbeitsweise integriert werden. Abstract: BIMTakt – optimization of production planning through the holistic integration of BIM and Lean Construction Many construction projects are still planned and controlled using outdated tools. Project specific information are derived from simple 2D drawings. The controlling of the project schedule is still done using Gantt‐charts. The biggest disadvantage of this static distribution of information is the high number of potential flaws due to the loss of information. So many construction projects are characterized by ever‐changing circumstances which would demand for an agile and dynamic reaction during every phase of the project. The digital BIM‐based working method (building information modeling) has become a central tool in order to obtain reliable planning and minimize the loss of information. In recent years Lean Construction Management along with its tools such as takt time planning takt and time control managed to establish itself in the German construction industry. Even though these methods have many advantages they have not been used holistically. Because of that a concept is being developed which will enable a fully automated generation of detailed takt plans from the respective Building Information Model. In the beginning the necessary constraints will be evaluated. Following, all the necessary geometrical and process‐relevant information will be automatically derived from the model in order to then generate a respective takt plan. By doing so, the current process of takt time planning, which in fact is mostly analog, will be automated and integrated into a BIM‐based working method.
