- Abstract : In this review, recent advance of modular peptide probes for the analysis and regulation of proteins were summarized. Aiming at the challenges of complex structure and complicated analytical environment, we outline and discusse the design and strategies to optimize the recognition and signal units of probes, as well as their applications.
