Abstract : The Cover Feature shows that the food additive hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) generates hydrophobic pockets for sustainable catalysis, enabling completely organic solvent‐free, fast, and clean one‐pot click chemistry in water: No organic solvents and product purification needed in the entire process!
