- Abstract : Spintronics, an area focusing on the spin‐dependent transport process of electrons, has witnessed a rapid development in recent years. Herein, the progress and working principle of spin valves are reviewed, advances in organic spin injection and transport materials summarized, and the influence of spin interfaces on device performance thoroughly analyzed. Finally, reliable methods for constructing organic spin valve devices are introduced and the challenges faced in the current research of organic spin valves and their future development are discussed.
