- Abstract : A method using superabsorbent polymers of alginate and poly(acrylamide- co -acrylic acid) composites for concentration and purification of exosomes from cell culture media is reported, and it is efficient, facile and equipment-free. Abstract : Superabsorbent polymers of alginate and poly(acrylamide- co -acrylic acid) composites are used to construct a facile, equipment-free and highly efficient method for concentration and separation of exosomes from cell culture media.
