- Abstract: The influence of aeration on the emitter clogging of Yellow River water drip irrigation was evaluated, and reasonable measures to slow down the emitter clogging were investigated. A short‐cycle intermittent irrigation test and sediment settlement test were performed under the conditions of aeration and no aeration. The results showed that aeration accelerated the settlement of sediment at the inlet of the flow channel, increased the clogging rate of the flow channel inlet and exacerbated the clogging of the emitter. With the decrease of sediment particle size, aeration increased sediment deposition and emitter clogging. With the increase fencing inlet area, the effect of aeration on sediment settlement and emitter clogging decreased. Under aeration conditions, the upward position of the emitter outlet significantly reduced the mass of emitter blockage and increased the emitter flow compared with the downward positioning of the outlet. Thus, the recommendation is to select an emitter with a large area of fencing inlet, and the outlet of the emitter should be positioned upwards in order to improve the anticlogging performance of the emitter for Yellow River water aerated drip irrigation. Un test d'irrigation intermittente à cycle court et un test de tassement des sédiments ont été réalisés dans des conditions d'aération et de non‐aération. Les résultats montrent que l'aération accélère le tassement des sédiments à l'entrée du canal d'écoulement, augmente le taux de colmatage de l'entrée du canal d'écoulement et exacerbe le colmatage des buses individuelles. Avec la diminution de la taille des particules de sédiments, l'aération a augmenté le dépôt de sédiments et le colmatage des buses individuelles. Avec l'augmentation de la surface d'entrée de la clôture, l'effet de l'aération sur le tassement des sédiments et le colmatage des buses individuelles a diminué. Dans des conditions d'aération, la position ascendante de la sortie de la buse individuelle réduit significativement la masse de blocage de la buse individuelle et augmente le débit de la buse individuelle par rapport à la position descendante de la sortie. Ainsi, il est recommander de sélectionner la buse individuelle avec une grande surface d'entrée de clôture, et la sortie de la buse individuelle devrait être positionnée vers le haut afin d'améliorer la performance anti‐colmatage de la buse individuelle pour l'irrigation goutte à goutte aérée de l'eau du fleuve Jaune. … (more)
