- Abstract: We modified by UVC light single to few-layered nano-sized graphene films deposited by pulsed laser deposition (PLD) on ~300-nm SiO2 /Si substrates. The samples were irradiated by UVC lamps (wavelength of 254 nm) for 15, 30, 60 and 90 minutes in air. The influence of the modification was evaluated by following the changes in the X-ray photoelectron and Raman spectra of the samples after UVC irradiation.
