Abstract

Abstract: In the case report presented, three cases of large endodontic lesions, which were the consequences of endodontic treatment failure, were studied. In all cases, a novel combination of triple antibiotics was used to successfully manage and heal the lesions, showing the promising potential of the antibiotic combination in resolving pathosis. Abstract : The recently introduced combination of triple antibiotics (penicillin G, metronidazole, and ciprofloxacin; PMC) seems to be an effective medication against intracanal microbiota and appears to be able to assist in the preparing a matrix for the healing of endodontic lesions, making PMC a promising medicament against the dental root canal originated diseases.
