- Abstract: In order to improve the dust control effect of integrated excavation surface, FLUENT was used to simulate the relationship between different inlet air flow direction and working face dust concentration distribution to study the relationship between inlet air flow direction and dust control effect of integrated excavation surface. In combination with field tests, the corresponding wall air duct was selected and processed and applied to engineering practice. The results show that different air distribution directions have different influence on the dust control effect of working face. When the Angle of radial air outlet is 0°, the air flow directly acts on the transport belt to form secondary pollution, and the dust control effect is not good. The best dust control effect is 15° or 30°.
