Abstract:: Abstract: This paper studies and predicts the influence of registration system reform on IPO mispricing, based on computer big data. This paper takes a quantitative method, using an ARIMA-EGARCH model to carry out data analysis and make predictions. After obtaining the results, I made some suggestions on how to carry out the reform to reduce IPO mispricing [1] .
