Abstract

Abstract : N/A: Progression in the development of antiretroviral therapy has been remarkable, with new agents continuing to appear as options for modern regimens, including in low-and-middle income countries where the HIV epidemic is concentrated. Here, we reflect on progress made in guiding regimen changes to public health programmes, and the challenges facing selection of newer agents.
