The results of modeling and evaluating the relative slip coefficients during the interaction of the pneumatic tire with the supporting surface to determine the forces acting in the contact patch
Abstract: The article describes the results of modeling and estimates of the relative slip coefficients during the interaction of the pneumatic tire with the supporting surface in order to determine the forces acting in the contact spot. The justified and developed design scheme for the interaction of the wheel propulsion with the supporting surface is presented. The characteristics of the relative slip coefficients, the longitudinal traction characteristics are presented. Lateral traction characteristics, Matlab Simulink friction coefficient calculation procedure are proposed.
